Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 1 lb chicken breast (boneless, skinless)
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Bang Bang sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Set up a breading station: Place flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and panko breadcrumbs in a third.
  • Dip each chicken breast in flour, then eggs, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.

Cooking

  • Place the breaded chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  • Toss cooked chicken in Bang Bang sauce until well coated.

Assembly

  • Assemble sliders by placing chicken on slider buns, adding lettuce and pickles if desired.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Make sure to coat the chicken well in the panko for a super crispy texture. Use a meat thermometer to check that the chicken is cooked through; it should reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Feel free to adjust the amount of Bang Bang sauce based on your spice preference.
