Ingredients
  

For the chicken

  • 500 g chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs Use panko for extra crunchiness.
  • 2 each eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation

  • Season the chicken pieces with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat evenly.
  • Set up a breading station: place flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
  • Roll each chicken piece first in flour, then dip it in the beaten eggs, and finally coat it with breadcrumbs.

Cooking

  • Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Once the oil is hot, carefully add the breaded chicken pieces. Fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes on each side.
  • Remove the chicken from the pan and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.

Notes

Serve hot with dipping sauces like barbecue, honey mustard, or ranch dressing. For storage, cool and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in an air fryer or oven until warm and crispy.
