Ingredients
  

Noodles

  • 8 oz Chow mein noodles Cook according to package instructions.

Vegetables

  • 2 cups Mixed vegetables (like bell peppers, carrots, and snow peas) Use fresh vegetables for the best texture.
  • 1 tbsp Green onions Chopped, for garnish.

Flavoring

  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce Adjust according to taste.
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced) For flavor.
  • 1 tbsp Ginger (minced) For flavor.
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil For stir-frying.

Preparation

  • Cook the chow mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Cooking

  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add minced garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
  • Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and pour in the soy sauce, tossing everything together until well combined and heated through.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. To reheat, use a microwave or a pan over low heat with a splash of water or soy sauce.
