Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, sliced grilled chicken, Caesar dressing, and grated Parmesan cheese. Toss gently until well coated.
  • If desired, add croutons and toss again to combine.
  • Lay out the whole wheat tortillas flat and warm them slightly in the microwave for easier rolling.
  • Season the salad mixture with freshly cracked black pepper to taste.
  • Take a spoonful of the salad mixture and place it in the center of each tortilla. Fold in the sides and roll tightly from the bottom up.
  • Slice the wraps in half diagonally and plate for serving.

Notes

Wrap leftovers tightly in plastic wrap or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. For meal prep, prepare the salad mixture in advance but keep croutons separate until ready to serve.
