  • 1 cup Cool Whip Can use low-fat version for a healthier option.
  • 1 cup sour cream Can substitute with yogurt for a tangy taste.

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the pineapple, mandarin oranges, strawberries, mini marshmallows, and shredded coconut.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the Cool Whip and sour cream together until smooth.
  • Fold the whipped mixture into the fruit mixture until well combined.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.

Notes

Serve chilled for the best taste. Pairs well with grilled meats or can be enjoyed alone. For a garnish, sprinkle extra shredded coconut on top before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days; the texture of the fruits may change.
