  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined Choose large, fresh shrimp for the best flavor.
  • 1 lb sausage, sliced Can use spicy or smoked sausage.
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved Ensure even cooking by spreading them out.
  • 2 cups corn kernels Fresh or frozen can be used.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

Seasoning and Oil

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning Adjust to taste for spiciness.
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Serving

  • Lemon wedges For serving and added flavor.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine shrimp, sausage, potatoes, corn, garlic, olive oil, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Toss everything together until well coated.
  • Spread the mixture evenly on a large sheet pan.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and the potatoes are tender.

Serving

  • Serve hot from the oven with lemon wedges on the side.

Notes

If storing leftovers, allow it to cool down, then transfer it to an airtight container and store it in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave until warmed through. You can also customize this recipe by adding other vegetables such as bell peppers or onions.
