Ingredients
  

Meatball Mixture

  • 1 pound ground beef Can substitute with ground turkey or chicken.
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Sauce

  • 1 cup sweet chili sauce Adjust based on taste preference.
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, milk, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well combined.
  • Form the mixture into meatballs and place them in a Crockpot.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
  • Pour the sauce over the meatballs in the Crockpot.

Cooking

  • Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours, until the meatballs are cooked through.

Serving

  • Serve warm and enjoy with rice, noodles, or as appetizers with toothpicks.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. For freezing, place in a freezer-safe container for up to 3 months. Thaw before reheating.
