Ingredients
  

For the Marinade

  • 1 pound flank steak Use fresh flank steak for the best flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For marinating the steak.
  • 2 cloves garlic Minced for marinade.
  • 1 lemon juiced Adds acidity to the marinade.

For the Salad

  • 2 cups mixed salad greens Choose your favorite greens.
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes Halved for easier eating.
  • 1 cup cucumbers Diced for crunch.
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese Crumbled on top.

For the Dressing

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For the dressing.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Freshly squeezed.
  • 1 clove garlic Minced for flavor.
  • salt to taste salt Season to your preference.

Instructions
 

Marinating the Steak

  • In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, and lemon juice.
  • Place flank steak in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over it.
  • Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the steak. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Grilling the Steak

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Remove steak from marinade and grill for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
  • Allow the steak to rest for a few minutes before slicing it into strips.

Assembling the Salad

  • In a large bowl, combine mixed salad greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and feta cheese.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients.
  • Drizzle dressing over salad and toss to combine.
  • Top salad with sliced steak and serve immediately.

Notes

This salad is great for meal prep and can be stored in the fridge for a few days.
