  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme Adjust seasoning according to your taste; more herbs or spices can be added.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the steak bites, halved potatoes, salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika.
  • Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat, then add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  • Pour the garlic butter over the steak and potatoes, tossing to coat evenly.
  • Spread the mixture in a single layer on a sheet pan.

Cooking

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness and the potatoes are tender and golden.

Serving

  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving. This dish is best served hot right out of the oven.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, warm them in the oven or microwave until heated through. Feel free to add other vegetables to the dish, such as bell peppers or asparagus, to boost the nutrition and flavor.
